In addition, Fountainhead will continue to host its successful whisky pairing dinners and unique whisky events, such as the launch of the English Whisky Company on April 18 and a whole host of cool events for Whiskey Week.

November 8th-the month of November

The recently-opened Katherine Anne Confections confiserie is excited to continue its monthly chef collaborations! Katherine is debuting a new, limited-edition collaboration truffle every month with proceeds benefitting a charity of the chef’s choice.

For the month of November, Katherine Duncan, founder and confectionista, has partnered with Gary Wiviott of Barn & Co to create the Smoked Pumpkin Lime Truffle. The truffle has been created using bittersweet chocolate, Gary’s smoked local pumpkin, lime juice & zest, notes of bourbon, brown sugar, smoked sugar, ginger and pumpkin pie spices bathed in delicious, rich Katherine Anne Confections’ ganache.

Proceeds will benefit the Illinois BBQ Alliance. This truffle will be available beginning November 8th through the month of November or while supplies last!
